How we work with your team

HIS provides child-specific consultation for high-acuity youth with complex behavioral health, placement, treatment, and transition needs. We work alongside child welfare agencies, behavioral health authorities, residential treatment providers, managed care organizations, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to bring clinical clarity, thoughtful planning, and a shared understanding of the child to complex decisions.

Our work rests on a simple premise: when a comprehensive understanding of the child follows them across placements, providers, and system transitions, better decisions can be made. Caregivers arrive better prepared. Providers make more informed decisions. Families remain engaged. Stakeholders understand their roles. And children have a stronger foundation for stability and long-term success.
